Nordic Ware High-Sided Nonstick Baking Tray

This high-sided, half-sheet pan is perfect for pot-luck sized portions of cakes, lasagna, or bars. It comes with a black, nonstick rack insert that can be used for making jerky, drying fruits, crisping fries, roasting, and baking bacon to perfection.

The aluminum pan is designed to distribute heat quickly and evenly, ensuring consistent results every time. Its premium, gold nonstick coating, both inside and out, makes cleaning a breeze. The steel-reinforced rim adds extra strength and durability.

The rack features easy-to-grip handles and can also be used as a cooling grid for baked goods. Both the rack and tray are oven-safe up to 400°F (205°C).

While the pan and rack are not dishwasher-safe, as this can shorten the lifespan of the nonstick coating and cause discoloration on the exposed aluminum surfaces, this discoloration is purely cosmetic and will not impact the pan's baking performance. A soft-bristled nylon or plastic scrub brush is recommended for cleaning, and extended soaking of the rack in water should be avoided. Metal utensils and scouring pads should not be used, as they can scratch the surfaces.

The pan's interior cooking dimensions are 17.1 x 12.1 x 2 inches, with exterior dimensions of 17.9 x 12.9 x 2 inches. The height, including the rack, is 2.3 inches. This pan is made in the USA, with the grid being imported.
